Roy Foss Woodbridge is seeking an experienced and professional Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in this role. About The Role
Roy Foss Woodbridgeis hiring an experienced Pre-owned Sales Consultantto deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting and assisting clients, identifying their vehicle needs, and building long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups. This role manages the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry and test drives to negotiations, closing deals, and coordinating with finance and service teams for smooth delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Greet and assist customers, identify their vehicle needs, and build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and regular follow-ups.
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery, including test drives, negotiations, and closing deals in alignment with dealership targets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, including of competitor brands
- Maintain contact with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and solicit referrals.
- Work with finance and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and complete all sales documentation in accordance with dealership and regulatory standards.
- Accurately update and manage customer interactions in the CRM system to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure timely communication.
- All other duties as deemed necessary by Sales Manager / General Manager
What You'll Bring
- 1-3 Years in a sales background.
- Positive Attitude & Work Ethic: Bring a winning mindset, strong hustle, self-motivation to deliver results daily & finding the best solutions so we can all win.
- Customer Experience Focus: Go the extra mile with excellent listening and problem-solving skills to create an outstanding customer journey.
- Team Player with People Skills: Work collaboratively with a professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and an engaging presence.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy, especially in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology; experience with 1-80 software is an asset.
- Qualifications: Valid OMVIC certification, driver’s license, and clean driving record required
- Previous GM experience nice to have, but not required
- Professional demeanour and appearance.
- Willingness to consistently go the extra mile to create an extraordinary customer experience
- Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
