As a Contract Coordinator working in the Civil & Infrastructure team at Pomerleau Construction, you will be responsible for advising and supporting the company's managers in all matters relating to contract management. Supporting our work on large-scale construction projects - ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion - you will play a crucial role in analyzing plans, preparing calls for tender, negotiating contracts and following up on them.

What you will do:
Analyze plans and specifications to develop tender documents.

Participate in the process of identifying initial selection of bidders.

Prepare, monitor and manage tenders.

Evaluate bids commercially and make recommendations.

Verify legal authorizations of subcontractors before awarding contracts.

Negotiate, draft and issue contracts.

Coordinate follow-up meetings to ensure compliance with clauses.

Ensure compliance of contracts with applicable laws and regulations.

This role could be for you if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration (B.A.A.) specialized in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management, or Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.

Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position.

Knowledge of the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of contract terms and conditions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,).

Fluency in both official languages (English and French).

Additional Asset Include:

Knowledge of SAP.
