As Manager, Strategic Initiatives, you will be at the heart of transformative projects that support Endeavour’s strategic goals. Collaborating with teams across the organization, you will help bring bold ideas to life and ensure our internal initiatives deliver real impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Definition & Planning
- Support the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives that advance Endeavour’s strategic objectives and operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to ad hoc tasks and projects key to the progress of Endeavour’s strategic objectives
- Collaborate with teams across Endeavour to ensure effective execution of Endeavour’s prioritized special projects.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including work plans, timelines, and status updates.
- Communicate execution progress and outcomes to leadership
- Participate in regular division meetings and broader Endeavour initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Endeavour volunteer experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience in project management strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience collaborating within cross-functional teams
- Strong initiative and results-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a virtual work environment
- Minimum two year commitment

About Endeavour Consulting for Non-Profits
We envision a world where access to professional consulting services is not a barrier to non-profits in achieving their goals, regardless of their financial capacity.
Endeavour Consulting for Non-Profits is a Canadian charity that provides management consulting to improve organizational capacity and community impact for non-profits. We recruit, train and match teams of skilled volunteers with non-profit organizations in need of pro bono consulting. Our focus is on serving non-profit organizations that otherwise cannot afford professional consulting.
Since 2007, Endeavour has engaged more than a thousand volunteers from a variety of fields and industries to provide consulting to local, national and international non-profits based in Canada. Our non-profit clients work in a variety of sectors and services including the arts, children and family services, disabilities, education, environment, healthcare, immigrant services, rural development, skills training, poverty relief, and youth development.
Endeavour works in partnership with corporations in Canada to offer employer-supported pro bono and skills-based volunteering programs that contribute to employee engagement, professional and leadership development, recruitment, talent retention, and corporate responsibility goals.
