As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Product Manager to help shape the future of our last-mile logistics software.
Overview: Reporting to the Development Manager, the Team Lead - Quality Assurance oversees the full QA cycle and strategy, test automation and ensuring the implementation of structured processes and procedures. He/she will act as a leader, support, mentor and coach an experienced team of developers. Maintain a progress log and follow-up reports for manager and management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and procedures, including test strategy and plans, defect lifecycle management and automation frameworks
- Develop and manage testing schedules, ensuring that the QA team meets expectations and deadlines
- Monitor QA team activities, vetting and guiding requirements/acceptance criteria, and assisting business users through user acceptance test processes
- Coach and train a team of quality analysts
- Write down the use cases for projects or tasks
- Manually run tests of different applications
- Set up or schedule automated tests
- Create ticket bugs
- Coordinate deployments with the development team
EDUCATION
- Computer science studies or equivalency
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience
- Experience with automated testing, .Net, Angular
- Understand and speak English.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with CI/CD environments
- Experience in team management, coaching or mentoring
- Experience SQL requests
ASSETS
- Bilingualism; French/English
- Experience with XRay in Jira
- Experience with Git Tools
- Experience with Azure Devops
- Release Management working experience
