Senior Solution Specialist - Oracle Fusion Finance

Your responsibilities include:

Lead the implementation, upgrades, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Finance modules, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards.

Translate business requirements into functional designs, tailoring Oracle Fusion solutions to meet unique needs.

Configure and support key Oracle Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounting Hub, Accounts Payable & Expenses, Accounts Receivable & Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Tax.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Projects, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to design integrated finance solutions.

Oversee integration with other Oracle Cloud modules, including SCM, Projects, and Inventory.

Conduct fit-gap analyses, recommend process improvements, and support adoption of best practices in finance management.

Manage testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), coordinating issue resolution to ensure smooth delivery.

Provide post-go-live support including troubleshooting, optimization, and system stabilization.

Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and documentation to enable client teams.

Stay current with Oracle Cloud releases, advising on how new features can enhance financial processes.

Mentor junior team members, contribute to internal best practices, and support practice development activities such as recruiting or methodology building.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
-
6–8 years’ experience working with Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
-
3–4 full lifecycle implementations, with at least two in Oracle Fusion Finance.

Strong background in financial accounting, reporting, and reconciliation.

Hands-on expertise in Oracle Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax).

Solid understanding of finance integration within Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Ability to lead client engagements from design through post-implementation support.
-
Track record of delivering complex, multi-module Oracle Cloud projects.
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with proven ability to resolve issues quickly.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and technical teams.
-
Experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
-
Oracle certifications in Fusion Finance are an asset.
-
Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience managing project lifecycles in agile environments.
