Agilus is recruiting for an Account Manager in the Staffing Services in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta.

Agilus Work Solutions is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships, drive business growth, and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team.

A typical day:

  • Drive new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into active clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to fulfill job orders, ensuring timely and accurate candidate placements.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and client needs in the Alberta region.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS/CRM systems to support payroll, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Promote safe work environments and ensure candidates receive clear communication and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and manage talent pipelines for high-volume hiring in sectors such as light industrial, logistics, and hospitality.
  • Partner with internal teams to meet client expectations and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Demonstrated success in meeting KPIs and executing outreach strategies.
  • Minimum 2 years outside sales experience, ideally in the staffing or industrial market.
  • Resilient, organized, and driven to exceed client expectations and business goals.
  • Proven experience in account management, client service, or business development within the staffing or service sector.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and resolve issues proactively.
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruitment in sectors such as light industrial, logistics, or hospitality.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
  • Proficiency in ATS or CRM platforms for tracking client and candidate activity.

  • Compensation model is base salary plus Agilus Team Bonus
