The Opportunity
We’re looking for aVIP Personal Lines Customer Care Specialistto join our team inSt. John’s, NL.
As an integral member of our client success team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to a dedicated VIP personal lines book of business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong client relationships, and is passionate about helping customers protect what matters most.
What You’ll Do
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Manage and service a VIP Personal Lines portfolio, including renewals, policy changes, and customer inquiries.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional and personalized customer service.
- Conduct thorough annual policy reviews to ensure clients have the most appropriate coverage and competitive premiums.
- Help clients understand their insurance coverage by providing professional advice and recommending policy adjustments when needed.
Retention & Account Growth
- Proactively review and re-market policies when appropriate to ensure maximum client retention.
- Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and provide additional value to clients.
- Monitor renewals and ensure all client servicing activities are completed accurately and on time.
Collaboration & Service Excellence
- Work closely with internal teams and insurance markets to provide seamless client support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on service excellence.
About You – Our Ideal Candidate
You’re a detail-oriented and client-focused professional who enjoys building lasting relationships. You bring a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in Personal Lines. -CAIB or CIP designation required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and switch between tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team-first attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrated industry knowledge and experience managingcomplex and high-value client files.
