The ideal CDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.

Responsibilities
Chairside assisting during a wide range of dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments Taking and processing dental X-rays Assisting with patient education and post-op instructions Maintaining accurate clinical documentation Ensuring compliance with infection control and safety standards

Qualifications
Current Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential
X-ray certification (required) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume clinic Professional, patient-focused attitude New graduates welcome Experience with dental practice management software such as [Dentrix] is considered an asset Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families Customer service mindset
