About the role
The Body Shop is bringing the holiday magic to Stone Road Mall with a Holiday Pop-Up Shop, and we’re looking for Part-Time Team Leads to help make the season merry and bright!
This is a seasonal opportunity running from October to January, perfect for those who love the festive energy and want to gain retail leadership experience.
With enthusiasm for our brand, you’ll support the Store Management team to deliver retail excellence, drive strong sales results, and create engaging customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer questions and concerns efficiently, sharing feedback with management
- Problem-solve proactively using available resources and guidance
- Support visual merchandising, inventory, cleanliness, and store operations
- Communicate effectively and act as a flexible, responsible role model
- Develop customer loyalty through product knowledge and beauty industry trends
- Coach Customer Consultants to drive engagement through storytelling and demos
- Meet sales and performance targets
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in a customer-facing role and passion for retail beauty
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to build rapport and offer solutions
- Positive mindset and commitment to team development
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and work independently
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
- Lift and move products up to 25 lbs
- Frequent reaching, bending, and crouching
Contract Duration:
Seasonal role from October to January, with potential to stay on after the holidays!
