You as a Planner and Scheduler will

As a Planner and Scheduler you are responsible for preparing and updating project schedules. Work with Senior Planner, Project Managers and Superintendents to update the project schedule as required. Performs all functions and responsibilities in consonance with the company’s values and beliefs. Prior to project start, create and revise preliminary master schedules and proposal for Operations detailing the sequence of all work to be performed to ensure schedule is realistic and competitive Incorporate resource and cost loading data into schedules as required Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in creating short-term schedules and monitoring these schedules to determine their impact on the master schedule Maintain master schedule for each project and identify and record the impact of work performed according to the schedule. Evaluate construction progress and provide regular schedule updates Proactively identify problems or conflicts in the project schedule and assist the Project Manager or Superintendent in effectively managing a resolution Analyze and include outstanding contract requirements and deliverables to ensure the schedule meets the Client and EllisDon's expectations Prepare schedule updates, including analysis of variances, manpower forecasts, resource loading and cash flow projection Is this the right role for you? You have 3-5 years of construction scheduling experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience. You are familiar with different types of project delivery methods such as P3 (Public Private Partnership), CCDC contracts, Lump Sum, Design Build, GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price), Project Management, Construction Management and Unit Price. You have experience working with ICI (Institutional, Commercial, Industrial) projects.

You have a working knowledge of computer scheduling program Primavera P6
