Job Summary

CDAI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions to help our partners make smarter business decisions. - Conduct comprehensive exploratory data analyses to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decisions for business optimization.
- Prototype, deploy, and scale AI and data-driven solutions such as recommendation systems, forecasting models, and computer vision workflows to empower the business.
- Design and maintain data pipelines and workflows, adhering to governance best practices that ensure data integrity and security.
- Develop, tune, and monitor ML models and production systems, including LLMs and prompt-based applications, to meet performance targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions with measurable results.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in machine learning, AI, LLMs, and data science.

Strong command of Python and SQL.

Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS or Google Cloud).

Comfort working with data including analysis, pipelines, and modelling.

Experience with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and prompt engineering.

Frontend or backend development experience to support both proof of concept and production-grade system development.

Hands-on experience with machine learning and model development, including training tuning and evaluation, in a commercial development.

Excellent communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills.

Proficient with version control systems and standard development workflows.
Education:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in STEM or related field.
