About the Role

We’re hiring a Full-Time Retail Stylist for our pop-up at The Well. This is a seasonal position running through November 30th. The ideal candidate is confident, knowledgeable about luxury brands and current fashion trends, and passionate about sustainability. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver a best-in-class client experience and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of luxury resale.

What You’ll Do

• Represent the brand and embody our core values, sharing what makes Mine & Yours unique

• Responsible for a unique and incredible client experience every time. Every client is greeted and receives personalized attention

• Achieve personal sales and outreach targets while supporting the goals of the team

• Educate clients on product function, style and fit to provide a best-in-class client experience

• Build and foster lasting relationships with customers by providing a personalized client experience, including client outreach regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, etc.

• Maintain product, displays and store appearance

• Responsible for staying up to date with product knowledge, trends, designer information and how to outfit and style

• Bring and develop a client book

• Support with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

• Bring creative and innovative ideas to the store leadership team in support of the store and business

What You’ll Bring

• Knowledgeable and passionate about luxury fashion, brands and trends

• Proven ability to achieve sales objectives while delivering professional and honest service

• Great at developing relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues

• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer knowledge (Word, email, social media, POS systems)

• Can quickly learn new procedures and processes

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative

• Second language an asset

Compensation

The base wage range for this role is $22/hr–$26/hr plus commission, depending on experience and qualifications.

Please note this range is derived from similar roles within the local market. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s applicable experience, knowledge, and skill set.
