Creates and implements Marcom and brand related guidelines, media plans, campaigns or programs.

This role is responsible for overseeing external marketing activities and internal communications to support business objectives. This role acts as a key liaison between the business areas, central communications teams, and commercial operations to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communications

  • Plan and manage end-to-end logistics for congresses, symposiums, and scientific meetings, including booth design, vendor management, speaker coordination, and onsite support.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, medical, regulatory) to ensure seamless participation in congresses and exhibitions.
  • Responsible for preparation of marketing newsletters & communication, brochures and/or related branded materials and communication
  • Develop event-specific communication plans, including pre-event promotions, onsite branding, and post-event follow-up.
  • Track, analyze, and report ROI from trade shows, congresses, and events, ensuring learnings are captured for continuous improvement.
  • Coordination of external industry sponsorships and trade association events.
  • Ensures compliance guidelines are followed for sales and marketing.
  • Participate in special projects (e.g., product launch, customer events).
  • Regularly maintains Siemens Healthineers websites with relevant content related to the business, products, and clinical campaigns.
  • Assists with external direct mail and electronic mail campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment with corporate strategy across all external event touchpoints.

Corporate Communications

  • Drive internal messaging that connects the business area members to strategic goals, key milestones, and company values.
  • Lead planning and execution of internal events such as employee townhalls, all-hands meetings, leadership site visits, milestone celebrations, and recognition events.
  • Manage logistics for hybrid/virtual internal events, including platform setup, technical coordination, and employee interaction tools.
  • Track employee feedback from internal events and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and impact.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Qualified candidate with 5–7 years of business marketing or communications related experience.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is required; French would be an asset.
  • Experience in end-to-end management of both external (congresses, tradeshows) and internal (townhalls, employee engagement) events.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills, with experience in managing event budgets.
  • Able to work independently, as well as collaborate within a dynamic team environment.
  • Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is difficult or complex.
  • Analytical thinker with high attention to detail.
  • Results oriented, ability to analyze, and customer focused.
  • Proficient with AI tools, MS 365 platforms, Website CMS, and other digital tools.

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $72,100 - Max $122,100

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
