About the role

Job Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager for Retail who is a creative storyteller and a data-driven strategist, capable of scaling from strategy to execution.

This role brings our quality kitchenware brands to life across multiple retail touchpoints, from developing innovative campaigns and compelling content to creating memorable customer experiences that drive measurable results, including KPIs, ROI, and the ultimate measure of success, which is SALES! This role supports all marketing for North America and International distributors.   

Responsibilities

Campaign & Program Management

·        Own the retail B2B marketing calendar for product launches, promotions, advertising, social media, blogs, email campaigns, influencers and events.

·        Lead the Company’s own brand, Cuisipro, with a global program—calendars, brand assets, toolkits to reach all customers, including international distributors.

·        Oversee trade show planning and execution in North America and the international annual Ambiente show; ensure high-quality show delivery and strong ROI from show attendance.

·        Manage the showroom experience in the head office, including merchandising, displays and launch events.

Creative Development & Storytelling

·        Develop compelling brand stories and copywriting for products, campaigns, and marketing materials.

·        Partner with a Graphic Designer and Photographer to produce innovative, trend-driven content for packaging, presentations, trade show collateral, product campaigns, photography, videos, and reels.

·        Ensure brand consistency across all channels and maximize assets across marketing and sales touchpoints.

·        Working with another Marketing Manager, support the Corporate website and content

Data, Strategy & ROI

·        Conduct market research on trends, competitors, demographics, and pricing to inform strategy.

·        Collaborate with leadership to set clear marketing goals, budgets, and KPIs.

·        Partner with sales and e-commerce teams to create programs that drive measurable revenue growth and ensure timely delivery of content for online channels.

Collaboration & Leadership

·        Work across teams: sales, product management & design, supply chain, etc. ,  for seamless product launches.  

·        Provide training and product education for sales and customer service teams.

·        Manage relationships with agencies, media, freelancers and vendors to maximize brand visibility.

·        1 employee, Graphic Designer, direct report. Ensure accountability and collaboration.

Experience – What You Have

·        10 years of marketing, branding, and digital experience with proven ROI results

·       Success using a wide range of marketing programs to drive sales growth

·        Experience with kitchenware products and a genuine passion for cooking/baking

·        Experience in North American retail kitchenware or housewares industry (no fashion); international distributor exposure preferred to understand different cultures

·        Some supervisory experience with strong leadership, work planning and mentoring skills

·        BA/BS in Marketing or Business

·       A cross-functional collaborator to work effectively with sales, product, e-commerce and creative teams.

·        Strong project management, organizational, multitasking and market research abilities

·       Advanced and polished communications, including extraordinary presentation, writing, and reporting skills

·       A leader who can balance big-picture thinking with detailed execution

·        Strong MS computer skills, including project management software
