We're looking for a Digital Solutions Manager to lead the design and delivery of integrated, cloud-based systems that power our construction operations. You'll partner closely with field teams, finance, and Shared Line of Service (SLS) groups to digitize workflows, drive actionable insights, and drive digital enablement of core construction workflows and end-to-end processes through well-integrated systems and reliable, decision-ready data.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role. You will lead a small team, own data and integration workflows, and work directly with business stakeholders to turn pain points into scalable, tech-enabled solutions. You will help modernize core business processes and improve how systems support our construction lifecycle, financial operations, and decision-making.
As a Digital Solutions Manager You
Digital Enablement & Solution Delivery
Map, digitize, and automate end-to-end workflows across operations, project management, and finance Design and implement integrations and data flows across ERP, payroll, project management, and reporting systems Work with business owners and SLS teams to define and deliver a practical, business-aligned digital roadmap Develop and implement scalable, cost-effective technologies that enable business goals Design KPIs, dashboards, and data models that support operational and financial reporting Drive continuous improvement through issue analysis, root-cause identification, and process optimization
Business Systems Ownership & Governance
Oversee day-to-day performance of core business systems, ensuring stability, reliability, and usability Coordinate enhancements, configuration updates, and support tickets with SLS, vendors, and internal teams Develop and maintain system documentation, governance processes, access controls, and data quality standards Provide guidance and execution on data strategy, system governance, and user training
Collaboration & Vendor/SLS Management
Collaborate closely with SLS teams to align on requirements, timelines, integrations, and support models Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to achieve SLAs, cost efficiency, and successful delivery Own cross-system integrations and data flows, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors
Team Leadership
Coach and lead a small team of systems analysts focused on solution delivery, support, and user enablement
Our Ideal Candidate Has
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience designing or delivering business systems that integrate process, data, and user needs across departments Strong knowledge of workflow automation, data architecture, and systems integration (e.g., APIs, ETL, Power Platform, or equivalent) Exposure to ERP or project-based systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or comparable) Practical knowledge of construction or project-driven workflows (project setup, field reporting, cost tracking, procurement) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights Ability to operate in both strategic and tactical capacities: from roadmap design to detailed delivery Excellent business partnership skills - can gather requirements, build trust, and deliver outcomes Comfortable balancing strategy and execution, from defining the roadmap to building the prototype Experience working in matrixed environments with Shared Services (SLS) or external system hosts Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Nice To Have
Experience in project-driven or service-based environments such as construction, engineering, or manufacturing Basic proficiency in SQL, Python, or scripting for automation and data integration. Familiarity with data governance, access control, and SLS operating models.
