Position Title: High School General Recruitment - Teaching

Regent Christian Academy Society serves children and families across our campus schools, online school, and early learning programs. We focus on strong academics, whole-child development, and a Christ-centered environment where students grow in character and purpose. Our teams work hard, care deeply, and move fast to support a growing and dynamic school community.

As a key division of the Society, Regent Christian Online Academy (RCOA) specializes in partnering with home-learning families to provide a flexible, high-quality K-12 education. We bring the RCAS mission to life as a Provincial Online Learning School, offering innovative onsite and virtual programming across British Columbia. At RCOA, we are dedicated to providing a personalized educational journey that inspires lifelong learning and fosters spiritual growth in every student.

Overview: RCOA is seeking talented, enthusiastic High School Teachers to join our dynamic team. We provide a high-quality, flexible education to British Columbia students and are committed to fostering academic growth and personal development. This is a general recruitment call for educators looking to build their own portfolio of work in a supportive, Christ-centered environment.****

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide high-quality instruction and support to High School students in a flexible learning environment.

· Serve as a Christ-centered role model for students and families.

· Mentor students and support families throughout their personalized educational journey.

· Collaborate with colleagues to provide innovative onsite and virtual programming.

· Maintain excellent communication and strong organizational skills to manage student progress.

· Participate in ongoing professional growth and development.

· Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of a diverse, growing school community.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: CA $ 5,000 - 80,000 annually

Benefits: Extended Health & Dental, Pension plan available upon eligibility.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Education: Teacher certification by the B.C. Teacher Regulation Branch or the Office of the Inspector of Independent Schools is required.

· Faith Requirement: Applicants must be Christian and must agree with RCOA’s Statement of Faith.

· Church Participation: This role requires the employee to affirm and support RCAS’s Christian beliefs and actively participate in a Christian church community.

· Experience: Experience and education related to working with students in Online Learning is an asset but not required.
