Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, mature, and professional Shuttle Van Driver to safely transport passengers between designated locations. The ideal candidate is dependable, courteous, safety-conscious, and able to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a shuttle van along assigned routes and schedules
- Transport passengers to and from locations such as airports, hotels, medical facilities, workplaces, or home
- Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and luggage when needed
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with passengers and staff
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Keep the shuttle van clean, fueled, and in good working condition
- Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Report accidents, delays, vehicle issues, or incidents promptly
- Maintain accurate trip logs and mileage records
- Use GPS or route scheduling systems effectively
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous professional driving experience preferred
- Class 4 license may be required depending on local regulations
- Strong knowledge of road safety and defensive driving practices
- Excellent punctuality and reliability
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and handle passenger luggage if required
- Mature, patient, and calm under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours
