Type: Student Full Time
Range: $18.50 - $28.50
We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to contribute to the efficient and professional operation of Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management.
YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME Reporting to the Manager, Ancillary Services, you will be empowered to:
- Support the Facilities Maintenance Specialist and respond to service requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Organizing warehouse spaces and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of stored assets and materials.
- Assisting with event setup, meeting room preparation, and related logistical support.
- Cataloging and recording historical items in accordance with established processes.
- Providing vacation coverage for key functions within Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management as required.
- Supporting day-to-day office programs, administrative functions, and facility operations to help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient workplace.
- Providing general administrative support, including preparing documents, updating spreadsheets, maintaining digital records, and assisting with correspondence.
- Utilizing computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support operational tasks
What You Bring To The Game
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program with a focus in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Office Administration, or related operational and administrative programs
- An aptitude for learning on the job
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment that requires comfort with ambiguity
- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
