Position Overview: The Project Coordinator will support the delivery of a new customer-facing mobile application for a wireless services company. The app will enable key customer functions including device returns, ordering, and repair management. This role works closely with product, engineering, UX, operations, and business stakeholders to help sequence work, bring clarity to priorities, and support the successful build and launch of the application.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving app development environment. They help ensure the right features are built at the right time and that teams stay aligned throughout development and launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for the mobile app build across cross-functional teams
  • Support planning and sequencing of app features (returns, ordering, repair workflows) in collaboration with product and technical leads
  • Help guide which parts of the application are built first by tracking dependencies, readiness, and business priorities
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmaps
  • Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, and working sessions; document decisions and action items
  • Act as a central point of coordination between engineering, UX, operations, QA, and business stakeholders
  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate where clarity or decisions are required
  • Support backlog readiness by ensuring requirements, documentation, and acceptance criteria are clear and organized
  • Monitor progress toward build milestones and launch readiness
  • Assist with user acceptance testing coordination and launch planning
  • Support post-launch activities including documentation, lessons learned, and stabilization tracking

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar delivery support role
  • Experience supporting digital, mobile app, or software development projects
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving requirements
  • Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Proficiency with project and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar)
  • Strong documentation and follow-up skills
  • Experience in telecommunications, wireless, or customer-facing digital platforms
  • Exposure to product development, backlog management, or feature prioritization
  • Familiarity with mobile app launches and post-launch support
  • Understanding of end-to-end customer journeys (ordering, returns, repairs)
  • CAPM, Agile, or product-related certification (or working toward)
