About the role

Impact XM is a global experiential marketing agency with offices across North America and Europe. As we continue to scale, we’re investing in modern, flexible technology to support our growth. We are implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) as part of our digital transformation and are looking for an ERP Administrator to help support, optimize, and manage our new environment.

Role Overview

The ERP Administrator will act as the internal technical owner of our Dynamics 365 F&O platform. This role manages vendor relationships, provides internal system support, oversees configuration, and ensures the ERP meets the needs of our business. They will collaborate closely with our finance, operations, and technology teams, as well as external development partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary internal technical point of contact for Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Manage and coordinate work with external ERP development and support partners.
  • Perform Level 1 configuration changes and core system administration tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve internal technical issues related to the ERP.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Oversee data integrity, user access, permissions, and system security.
  • Support integrations with data warehouses (Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric) and other business systems.
  • Assist with reporting and analytics using Power BI, Management Reporter, and Excel.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Participate in testing, training, and change management activities during rollouts and upgrades.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years administering ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Proven experience with ERP implementations and post–go-live support.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (data warehousing, integration tools).
  • Experience with Microsoft reporting tools (Power BI, Management Reporter, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of finance and operations processes.
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong listener who effectively gathers feedback and translates it into solutions.
  • Clear communicator who simplifies complexity.
  • Resilient, calm under pressure, and naturally curious with a drive for continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a global, multi-entity ERP environment.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and Synapse Analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of X++ or experience coordinating custom development with external partners.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure certifications.
