- Please note this is an on-site role based in our Mississauga office.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatching of Service Technicians
- Receive customer service calls and distribute them to our technicians.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities (build technicians' schedules).
- Enter customer data and call details into the computer software and issue a work order to the technician.
- Issue purchase orders to our suppliers as required.
- Verify the accuracy and proper execution of all work orders.
- Assist in planning of technical training.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required skills and experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a service company with mobile technicians such as maintenance, plywood, electricity, IT, wiring etc. .
- A college diploma preferably in a discipline related to business management, administration or operations management.
- Have a "technical mind". (Knowledge of HVAC systems is an asset)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Work with computer tools.
- Enjoy working independently and demonstrate resourcefulness.
