A career as a Chief Business Analyst in the Cards and Credit Risk team at National Bank means acting as a liaison between the business teams and the delivery teams.

You act in Agile mode and you are a member of a squad that manages and delivers business and technological projects for different sectors.

This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your business analysis skills, which contributes to the implementation of new technologies.

Your job

  • Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders at various levels and expertise
  • Model current and target processes based on the mapping practices in place at the Bank
  • Perform high‑level, detailed impact analyses on all angles of the process and with the help of experts
  • Apply best practices to identify and draft business requirements (functional, non‑functional, informational, transitional), understand their relationships and ensure their traceability
  • Define, identify user test scenarios and support users in the operational transfer
  • Make proposals for the change management strategy to the users of the solution.

Within the Card and Credit Risk sector, you are part of a large team of 250 colleagues and report to the Senior Delivery Manager. Prerequisites

  • University degree related to the industry and several years of relevant experience
  • Business analysis skills in a technology‑driven ecosystem
  • Experience in end‑to‑end business‑process transformation, change management and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling, BPMN, Lean approach
  • Ability to think strategically, analytical, synthesis and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence...).

Languages:

English, French
