POSITION OVERVIEW
Navacord is seeking a highly motivated Mobile Road Advisor to join our client-focused team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in servicing client insurance needs through in-person visits at dealerships across British Columbia. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about client service, eager to develop into a producer role, and who enjoy the flexibility and variety of working on the road. As a subsidiary of a well-established insurance brokerage experiencing significant growth, we are expanding our team to better serve our clients.
This is an on-site position based at our Comox location. A personal vehicle to travel between dealerships within the service region and the branch is required

- ionProcess renewals, endorsements, and cancellations for ICBC and optional in-house auto insurance with meticulous attention to deta
- il.Assess product terms, conditions, coverages, limits, and exclusions, utilizing your expertise to provide clients with tailored insurance solutio
- ns.Utilize in-house CRM systems to maintain accurate client information and insurance policy details, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiali
- ty.Provide support to clients throughout the claims process, helping them navigate and resolve any issues that ari
- se.Continuously develop and sustain a strong working knowledge of ICBC products, private auto insurance manuals, best practices, standards, and syste
