The Opportunity: The Business Process Coordinator in conjunction with the Business Process group is responsible for the development, maintenance and delivery of policies, procedures, training and support to Property Administrator and Property Management for the Canadian Real Estate portfolio.

What you will do:

  • Assist with Management of US Bank (Visa) processes, including cardholder management

  • Assist with administration and reconciliation of the US Bank Monthly Visa Statements, including cardholder statement processing within Perceptive, and the A/P Payment process

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of various visa workflow processes

  • Track and maintain user’s vacations/and leaves as it relates to visa the day-to-day processing of transactions within Perceptive

  • Training and administration support for Property Administration and Property Management

  • Maintain Business Process SharePoint site

  • Transaction Process Monitoring, such as: Unposted Batches, Lease Review Checklist to ensure they are processed in timely manner

  • Assist with creation, management, and maintenance of process supporting documentation and reference materials

  • Provide assistance and support to various Property Administration initiatives and new processes

  • Maintain a portfolio detail listing for the entire country with the PM, PMA, APM.

  • Assist with the update and review of various templates, such as: Perceptive Split Templates

  • Other projects/duties as required.

Who You Are:

  • Education: University/College degree/diploma in Finance/Accounting

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of business related industry experience in real estate

  • Communication & Relationship Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written; ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships

  • Organizational & Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure

  • Computer Skills: Strong working knowledge of Excel, Perceptive, and Yardi.

  • Police Clearance: A criminal verification check is required for employment.
