Job Summary
We are currently hiring for a Relief Part Time Registered Nurse, Renal Services to join our Hemo Dialysis team at Surrey Memorial Hospital located in Surrey, B.C.
This position requires post‑graduate specialty education in Nephrology. If you have not completed a post‑graduate program in Nephrology (Hemodialysis‑Renal) but are interested, please apply and indicate your interest in pursuing Specialty Education.

Detailed Overview
In accordance with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) standards of practice and the Mission and Values of Fraser Health, and working collaboratively with the inter‑professional care team in the provision of person‑centered care, the Registered Nurse provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, providing and evaluating nursing care to patients. May be requested to perform duties at various sites within Fraser Health.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Graduation from an approved School of Nursing. Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
Two (2) years' recent, related clinical nursing experience in the designated clinical area and completion of post‑graduate course work and/or certification applicable to the designated clinical area, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

- Ability to initiate and maintain intravenous therapy.
- Ability to complete initial and ongoing patient assessment (clinical and diagnostic reasoning) and apply nursing theory and expertise ...
