Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:
- Experience with maintaining and cleaning floors
- Knowledge of general repairs and maintenance of school buildings (interior and exterior)
- Vocational certification in building maintenance or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate with administration of the school
- Ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential matters
