About the role

Loyalty Coordinator 1 Full-time, term position – 18 months Is This Role for You? The Loyalty Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful execution of the Edmonton Airport’s loyalty and rewards program, designed to enhance the member experience, through targeted offers and promotions, driving engagement and increasing both aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue. Ultimately, the role strengthens customer relationships, supports aviation growth, and advances YEG’s strategic priorities by providing a rewarding and seamless loyalty experience. Day in The Life Wondering what your day will look like? Here’s what you can expect: Program Partner communication & onboarding Act as the subject matter expert and primary day-to-day contact for YEGplus program, addressing promotions, maintaining partner offers, onboarding and set up of new partners, and operational inquiries for program partners. Member support & experience Provide member support, resolving inquiries about campaigns, offers, accounts, and redemption issues while also gathering feedback for program continuous improvement. Program operation Monitor program operations, including gift card fulfillment, onboarding new partners, removing departing partners, billing support, reconciliation processes and coordination with internal teams (Marketing, IT, Finance, Parking, Passenger Experience) and external vendors to ensure accuracy and accountability Reporting, analytics & compliance Proactively reporting to partners on the success of offers to optimize program performance, coordinates with vendors and internal stakeholders, manages program assets and tracks key performance indicators to monetize airport assets and deliver measurable business results. What You Bring: Education and Experience: Post-secondary education (certificate or diploma) in Communications, marketing, event planning, business or a related field 3+ years years of experience in Loyalty, CRM, Customer Engagement, Marketing Support or a related field Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with others. Relationship Building & Customer Service mindset: Ability to foster positive relationships, collaborative problem solving, focusing on both internal and external partners Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Self starter while also able to work collaboratively with a team Problem solving and decision making skills Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Metrics and evaluation mindset — interpreting data and dashboards to identify trends, segment customers and recommend program improvements Must secure and maintain appropriate airport security clearance and pass a clean criminal record check as conditions of employment. REPORTS TO: Manager, Loyalty BAND: 5 (Included in the General Bargaining Unit) SALARY: $42.26 - $46.85 per hour (37.5 hours per week) POSTING DATE: July 1, 2026 – July 12, 2026 (Internal & External)
