We’re expanding quickly, and this role is a chance to be part of that growth from the ground up.

The Role

We’re looking for a high-energy Account Executive to join our team. This is a highly outbound-focused role where cold outreach and persistence are key. You’ll be responsible for building new opportunities from scratch and driving them into the pipeline. This is not a “plug into the process” kind of role — it’s a chance to shape how LilYPad approaches outbound sales and marketing. You’ll take full ownership of our HubSpot CRM to keep data clean, campaigns on track, and reporting accurate. HubSpot expertise isn’t optional here — it’s mandatory.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect relentlessly – run outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Book qualified demos and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Take complete ownership of HubSpot CRM – ensuring accuracy, adoption, and reporting.
  • Build prospect lists, measure campaign success, and refine approaches to increase conversions.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing on campaigns, tradeshows, and demand generation.
  • Hit (and exceed) activity targets by staying organized, data-driven, and persistent.

What We’re Looking For

  • Mandatory HubSpot expertise – confident in managing, reporting, and driving adoption.
  • Proven outbound hunter – comfortable with cold calls, cadences, and high activity.
  • Strong organizational skills with a passion for accurate data and CRM ownership.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to present LilYPad’s value to decision-makers.
  • Resilient, energetic, and motivated by growth targets.
  • SaaS or technology sales experience preferred; family entertainment or hospitality experience a plus.
