About the role
Notre client, un entrepreneur général et spécialisé en génie civil de premier plan, se distingue par la qualité de ses réalisations et son expertise dans des projets d’envergure en institutionnel public.
Dans le cadre de sa croissance, nous sommes à la recherche un Coordonnateur Santé Sécurité (CoSS) spécialisé en construction pour intervenir sur des projets situés sur le Grand Montréal et en déplacement dans la province du Québec (FLY-in FLY-out).
Dans ce rôle stratégique, vous contribuerez activement à l’implantation, au suivi et à l’amélioration des pratiques SST, tant sur les chantiers qu’au bureau. Vous serez un acteur clé dans la promotion d’une culture de prévention proactive, en assurant la conformité réglementaire et en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes de gestion et les travailleurs.
Vos principales responsabilités Sur les chantiers : Élaborer et déployer des programmes de prévention adaptés aux réalités des projets Identifier, analyser et contrôler les risques en proposant des mesures préventives efficaces Effectuer des inspections régulières et assurer le respect des normes SST en vigueur Former, sensibiliser et mobiliser les équipes sur les bonnes pratiques en SST Enquêter sur les incidents et accidents, et recommander des actions correctives Au bureau : Développer, mettre à jour et optimiser les politiques et procédures SST Accompagner les gestionnaires dans l’intégration des meilleures pratiques en SST Assurer une veille réglementaire et veiller à la conformité des processus internes Participer à la préparation des documents SST pour les appels d’offres Planifier et animer des formations SST destinées aux employés
Profil recherché Diplôme en santé et sécurité au travail ou dans un domaine connexe Accrédité par la CNESST Excellente connaissance des lois et règlements en SST (CNESST, ASP Construction) Certification ASP Construction (obligatoire) Solides aptitudes en communication, formation et mobilisation Esprit analytique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes efficacement Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office, logiciels de gestion SST)
Atouts Certifications additionnelles en SST (CRSP, hygiène industrielle, etc.) Expérience en gestion de projets en santé et sécurité
