The Office of the Commissioner for Federal Judicial Affairs (FJA) was established in 1978 to safeguard the independence of the judiciary and provide services to federally appointed judges.The Federal Courts Reports, which are published by FJA, are the official reports of the decisions of the Federal Court of Appeal and of the Federal Court. Only those decisions that are deemed by the Editor to be of sufficient significance or importance are published in the Reports.The Production and Publication Manager is responsible for managing the production and publication of the Federal Courts Reports in print and electronic formats. This includes overseeing non legal editing and proofreading of selected decisions; coordinating translation, composition, printing, Web publication, and distribution; and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in both official languages.
