This is a 4 month co-op starting May 2026. Job Overview Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, we are seeking a motivated student with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and enterprise systems to assist in developing AI-driven agents for ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX/365) and CRM platforms. This role involves designing, implementing, and testing intelligent solutions that enhance automation, decision-making, and user experience within business systems.
Key Responsibilities

AI Development:
-
Build and train AI models for tasks such as predictive analytics, process automation and conversational interfaces.

Integrate AI agents with ERP and CRM systems using APIs and connectors.

System Integration:
-
Work with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 and CRM environments to embed AI functionalities.

Ensure seamless data flow between AI components and business applications.

Research & Innovation:
-
Explore emerging AI technologies (ex. machine learning, natural language processing, RPA).

Propose innovative use cases for AI in finance, supply chain, sales and customer service.

Testing & Documentation:
-
Conduct unit and integration testing of AI features.

Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related program.
- Knowledge of Python, C#, or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Understanding of ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
The Following Skills Are An Asset/preferred
- Experience with Azure AI Services, Power Platform, or RPA tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
- Exposure to API development and RESTful services.
DEADLINE TO APPLY: Thursday March 12th, 2026. The hourly rate for this position is $22.15.
