About the role

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Product Coordinator to join our dynamic Application Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or someone with very little job experience to immerse themselves in a high-paced environment with numerous opportunities to learn and grow

.In this role, you will combine the responsibilities of a Scrum Master and Project Coordinator, with a strong emphasis on financial acumen. You will facilitate Agile processes, coordinate project activities, and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders

.No prior experience is required. However, a willingness to learn, a curious nature, and a strong commitment to the CBTS core values are critical to your potential success in this role

Essential Functio**

  • s:Schedule and facilitate meetings, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholder
  • s.Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior managemen
  • t.Track project progress and maintain project documentatio
  • n.Identify and manage project risks and issue
  • s.Ensure all team members have the necessary tools and resources to complete task
  • s.Monitor project health including budget, scope, schedule and qualit
  • y.If required, facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demo
  • s.If required, coordinate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirement
  • s.If required, support backlog maintenance and sprint plannin

  • s:Analyze project financials and provide insights to ensure projects are completed within budge
