Service Advisor
Full Time: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm + Every 2nd Saturday (8am–4pm, Apr–Sept) You’re organized, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the link between our customers and technicians, you’ll help guide repairs from start to finish while delivering an exceptional service experience. If you enjoy solving problems, communicating with people, and keeping things moving, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and help identify their service needs Prepare estimates, open repair orders, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians Recommend maintenance and additional services when appropriate Ensure repair orders are accurate, complete, and ready for invoicing Deliver a positive customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup What It Takes Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organization and time-management abilities Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Experience as a Service Advisor, in customer service, or in the RV or automotive industry is an asset, but we will train the right person CDK experience is an asset What’s In It for You Training & development to help you succeed Competitive pay plans Comprehensive health & dental benefits Vacation: 3 weeks after year one, 4 weeks after year five, 5 weeks after year ten Employee Investment Program with guaranteed returns A promote from within culture and long-term career paths At Go RV, we don’t just offer jobs—we build careers.
