- Ability to simplify complex systems with strong IA and interaction design fundamentals
- Strong visual design craft and attention to detail
- Experience building or contributing to design systems
- Strong prototyping skills
- Comfortable collaborating with engineering, PMs, and data teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Able to operate autonomously and lead design across multiple squads
- Bonus points if you have…
- Experience designing CDPs/CDXPs, CRMs, data platforms, BI tools, or similar tools
- Familiarity with segmentation, activation, pipeline management, or data governance UX
- Experience working in multi-region, multi-timezone product teams
- Prior involvement in shaping design systems or DesignOps
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to define and elevate the user experience of Audience Intelligence — the data platform that helps our clients know fans best
- By connecting data from multiple systems into a single fan identity, Audience Intelligence enables rights-holders to segment their audiences, uncover insights, and drive meaningful action across marketing, activation, and commercial functions
- You’ll be responsible for raising the quality, usability, and coherence of a rapidly expanding suite of data tools that sit at the centre of how our clients understand, grow, engage, and monetise their fanbases
- Your work will directly help clients realise value faster — including smoother onboarding, clearer workflows, and shorter time-to-value on their most important use cases — ultimately improving adoption and retention across the platform
- As a Lead Product Designer, you’ll drive design across multiple product squads, partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership
- You’ll define and deliver the experience for some of our most complex, data-heavy workflows — spanning data management, segmentation, reporting, and campaign orchestration — all essential to helping clients personalise fan journeys and unlock measurable commercial impact
- You’ll work across regions (North America and EMEA to start, with India to follow), bringing clarity to complex problems, aligning disparate systems into a cohesive experience, and building design foundations that scale
- Lead design across multiple Audience Intelligence pods (e.g., Segmentation, Monitoring & Alerting, UX Modernisation)
- Shape the end-to-end design vision for core workflows and foundational systems
- Ensure product experiences are intuitive, elegant, and cohesive across the platform
- Partner with Product and Engineering leads to inform strategy, roadmap decisions, and trade-offs
- Enhance our design system, helping drive interaction and visual consistency across our products
- Streamline user experience across disparate systems – making it easy to users to execute their most important jobs to be done
- Translate complex data, workflows, and system logic into simple, frictionless interfaces
- Own interaction design, flows, and micro-interactions with a high level of polish
- Raise the bar on visual design, clarity, hierarchy, and overall craft
- Drive improvements to the design system, contributing new patterns and components
- Solve complex system design challenges (modularity, scalability, information architecture)
- Develop deep understanding of user needs, behaviours, and motivations through regular research
- Identify new problem spaces and opportunities across the platform
- Partner with PMs, engineers, and data teams to validate concepts and prioiritise work
- Use evidence to reframe problems and influence product direction
- Build prototypes across fidelity levels to explore and validate ideas
- Test concepts with users and iterate rapidly
- Work with engineering to assess feasibility and constraints
- Work with PMs to define requirements and user journeys
- Collaborate with engineering early to ensure smooth implementation
- Create clear documentation and support delivery teams throughout build
- Align patterns and experiences across squads to eliminate fragmentation
- Improve how design plans, communicates, and collaborates across the wider product team
- Introduce rituals and documentation that raise quality and efficiency
- Contribute to building a more mature, scalable design practice
- IN YOUR FIRST YEAR, YOU MAY HAVE…
- Led the redesign of the segmentation experience – improving clarity, usability, and performance –while laying foundations for a more AI-native approach (e.g., natural language querying, guided creation)
- Delivered a cohesive, modernised UX across the Audience Intelligence product in North America, uniting several disparate building blocks into a more intuitive experience
- Evolved the design system to support greater modularity, maintainability, and speed of development
- Partnered with PM and Engineering leaders to define the UX strategy across the Audience Intelligence suite, prioritising our 2026 “Strategic Bets”
- Improved design handover quality and consistency across product squads
- Shipped a meaningful series of UX improvements that drove measurable gains in client adoption, satisfaction, and time-to-value
