Now Hiring: On-Call Security Guards – Burlington, Ontario
Raw Security & Investigations Inc. is seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused On-Call Security Guards to support our operations in Burlington and surrounding areas.
This position is ideal for licensed security professionals seeking flexible, on-call opportunities with the potential for additional hours as new contracts become available.
Position: On-Call Security Guard Location: Burlington, ON Employment Type: Casual / On-Call Compensation: $18.50–$21.00 per hour (based on site assignment and experience)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols.
- Monitor access control and site security.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
- Complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Enforce site policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for day, afternoon, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Valid G Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation are considered assets.
