Location: Dawson Creek and Fort St. John, BC
Salary:
Wages will be negotiated (non-bargaining work/non-credit)
Description:
Northern Lights College's Continuing Education Department is looking to hire an individual with experience in Esthetics and Hair and has a passion for instructing youth.
Camps will run in July and August for a duration of 5 consecutive days and will be focused on youth in grades 8 through 12. *** The successful candidate will be required to successfully pass a Police Information Check prior to the start of the contract.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Subject matter expert
- Certification of Qualification with EstheticsHair
- Minimum of 2-year recent industry experience in EstheticsHair
- Understanding of safety in the classroom and teaching the students
- Committed to student motivation and success
- Ability to collaborate as an effective team member
- Current, valid driver's license
- Knowledge of rules and regulation of specific trade
