About the role

Our client, a large company is located in Mississauga, is looking for a Collection Specialist to join their team. As a leader in their field, this role offers a collaborative work environment and very competitive salary.

The successful Collection Specialist's duties will include, but are not limited to; Handle inbound customer calls and emails Enforce credit and payment terms Maintain accurate and timely documentation Prepare and provide regular status updates

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications; At least 2 years of collections experience Well spoken and ambitious with a diplomatic and professional disposition
