nt . Roles/Responsibilities & activi
ties:
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of incidents and service req uests.- Coordinate with onshore teams and clients for seamless su pport.- Monitor ticket queues and prioritize critical i ssues.- Conduct daily stand-ups, assign tasks, and track pro gress.- Handle performance reviews for team.- Act as a bridge between onshore and offshore teams.- Participate in client calls and governance mee tings.- Identify recurring issues and propose automation or process enhance ments.- Ensure compliance with ITIL pro cesses- Maintain up-to-date SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base art icles.- Ensure proper handover and transition document ation.- Work on weekly/monthly status re ports.- Track KPIs like ticket resolution time, backlog, and customer satisfa ction.- Creation of on call roster fo
