Production Line Operator
Loction: Woodstock, ON
JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Production Line Operators to join our team! In this role, you’ll be part of a fast-paced production environment, operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure our products meet the highest levels of performance.

THE DAY TO DAY
- Operate production lines for packaged materials, including concrete mixes, grouts, and other products.
- Monitor machinery, screens, and cameras to detect and resolve production issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work closely with the floor supervisor to prioritize daily production needs.
- Add materials (“hand adds”) into mixers as required.
- Clean mixers and production lines between product runs.
- Partner with maintenance to ensure equipment stays in good working condition.
- Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) to test and verify products meet company standards.
- Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is an asset but not required — we provide training!
