As an Administrative Support professional, you’ll play a key role in enabling smooth daily operations while supporting three Head of Sales leaders.

The expected base salary for this position is between 50- 55K. Actual salary will be determined based on the successful candidates skills and experience.

Job Description: What You’ll Do

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and clerical support
  • Support three Head of Sales leaders with scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel/expense processes, and invoice management
  • Coordinate travel bookings, accommodations, meetings, and workshops., team offsite events. Booking rooms, ordering food, creating agendas
  • Partner with HR, Finance, IT and other departments on administrative tasks and projects

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
  • High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Experience with SAP Concur would be an asset
  • Proficiency with computer programs, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support leaders with scheduling and travel
  • Knowledge of office administration and basic A/R and A/P processes
