Job Summary The AI & Software Development Assistant supports the design, development, testing, and enhancement of software applications and AI-powered solutions. Working with experienced mentors, the successful candidate will gain practical experience in software development, automation, and modern collaboration tools.

Responsibilities Assist in developing software applications and AI-enabled solutions. Support coding, debugging, and feature enhancements. Perform software testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing. Identify, document, and verify software defects. Assist with workflow automation using approved platforms and tools. Document technical work and maintain project records. Collaborate using GitHub, Microsoft 365, and approved AI tools. Follow privacy, security, and responsible AI practices. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Eligible under the Canada Summer Jobs program. Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn new technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with programming, Git, AI tools, or automation is an asset but not required. Comfort working in a faith-based environment and supporting activities that align with the values and mission of RCCG The Eagles Ark.
