Your responsibilities will include: Managing 20-30 active requisitions simultaneously Conducting intake meetings and workforce planning discussions with hiring managers Creating and managing requisitions within Workday Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent Leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to build talent pipelines Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates Coordinating interview processes and advising hiring managers on talent decisions Managing recruitment activities from intake through offer acceptance Facilitating background checks and onboarding activities Participating in hiring events, recruitment campaigns, and community outreach initiatives Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing market intelligence to stakeholders Maintaining accurate reporting and recruitment tracking Supporting talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives Delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience What We're Looking For Required Experience ✔ 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience ✔ Proven success in a high-volume recruitment environment ✔ Experience managing multiple priorities and competing hiring demands ✔ Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruiting experience ✔ Recruitment reporting and analytics experience ✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills ✔ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills ✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ✔ Post-secondary education Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Banking, financial services, retail, customer-facing, or branch hiring experience ⭐ Agency recruitment experience combined with corporate/in-house recruitment experience ⭐ Experience within large enterprise organizations ⭐ Workday Recruit experience ⭐ LinkedIn Recruiter experience ⭐ Experience supporting geographically dispersed hiring teams ⭐ Experience participating in hiring events, career fairs, or community recruitment initiatives The Ideal Candidate You're more than a recruiter—you are a talent advisor.
