About the role

Job Title: Sales Representative

This is a Remote Position within Ontario, Canada.

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining our commitment to our local farmers.

We are looking for ambitious Sales Representatives to join our growing team! As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, nurturing your existing book and developing new strategies to acquire new business.

This Sales Position We provide leads for you to call and set up appointments

We provide appointments for you to close

We pay even higher commissions if you generate your own sales from your own strategy (not mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, text and networking
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance to management
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to learn about new products and services quickly
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs
