  • Demonstrated experience defining, planning, and executing field marketing, events, and ABM strategies
  • A well-rounded background with a variety of event types, including large-scale industry gatherings and exclusive, high-touch experiences
  • A combination of strategic planning and hands-on tactical execution
  • Great project management skills including strong communication around project timelines, responsible individuals, and status
  • Experience working with customers in manufacturing (industrial equipment, heavy equipment, automotive) a plus

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager, who will partner closely with demand generation, sales, and customer success to build a field marketing program from the ground up
  • In this role, you’ll be responsible for field marketing, events, and ABM

  • Programs will be aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets (both land and expand), and will include owned and third party events and account-based strategy
  • You are passionate about driving high-quality pipeline and have a knack for working across sales and marketing teams to drive collaboration
  • Work closely with CoLab’s CMO on the creation and execution of a comprehensive events and experiences strategy tailored to drive substantial enterprise pipeline growth
  • Develop a multi-pronged strategy that is a mix of both new logo acquisition and expansion into existing accounts
  • Oversee logistics and execution of events, including shaping event themes, building landing pages and operational campaigns, working with outside vendors, overseeing branded swag fulfillment, managing event sales staffing, and setting and defining lead goals and metrics for each event
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales to get the best possible return from event prep, onsite experience, and follow-up campaigns
  • Build successful campaigns and events into repeatable programs
  • Own programs end-to-end in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail and execution

About CoLab Software

Software Development

Your most critical product decisions are made everyday in design reviews.

But as products get more complex and teams become larger and more specialized, the design review process looks the same as it did 10-20 years ago.

So what happens?

-43% of design feedback is never documented or addressed -87% of engineering leaders say it takes hours or days to trace the rationale behind a single design decision -90% of companies have product launch delays due to late-stage design changes.

These problems won’t be solved by more meetings, better PLM workflows or increased pressure to keep slide decks and spreadsheets up-to-date. These are problems that require a completely new way for engineering teams to work together.

CoLab is a cloud based platform purpose built for fast, effective design review. Using CoLab, multiple engineers, designers, and other stakeholders can review designs together and build off one another's feedback.

CoLab makes it easy to review the right data (including CAD) with all the right people, capture useful feedback, and track issues through to action. CoLab pulls together design discussions previously lost in emails, spreadsheets, and notebooks into a single platform that integrates back into PLM. We call it a Design Engagement System.
