As Manager Of Manufacturing Engineering, Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead a group of engineering graduates and technical specialists
- Identify, select and introduce new manufacturing technologies
- Optimize end-to-end product manufacturing (yield of existing products and new product introduction)
- Optimize flows, layout, and workstations.
- Ensure that capital investments are completed on schedule and within budget.
How To Excel In This Role
- Detain a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or other engineering discipline, additional degree in administration or other field an asset
- Possess 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering team management
- Proven experience in organizing, motivating, and training teams
- Experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and procedures in electronics and/or aerospace manufacturing.
- Lean Six Sigma certification an asset
