Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
• Proven ability to mentor and develop technical teams
• Experience leading AI projects and initiatives is a strong plus
