The Opportunity
We’re excited to welcome a dynamic and relationship-focused Manager of Partner & Practice Onboarding to our team for a 16-month maternity leave contract! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of bringing new practices into the Corus network—building strong connections, guiding doctor-partner transitions, and ensuring every onboarding experience feels seamless and supportive.
You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Corus, support our insurance programs, and champion meaningful process improvements that elevate how we work together. This is a temporary, full-time, hybrid position from our Toronto or Calgary office.

What You Will Love Doing
- Lead onboarding for new practices joining the Corus network—manage timelines, coordinate system setup, provide onsite support, and ensure practice teams feel informed and supported throughout the transition.
- Develop clear transition materials (e.g., welcome kits, onboarding guides, checklists) to support doctors, practice managers, and internal teams.
- Serve as the cross-functional “quarterback” from due diligence through full integration—direct workflows, maintain alignment, and ensure timelines are met across multiple departments.
- Support associate-to-doctor partner transitions, providing education on Corus systems and ensuring new partners are fully onboarded.
- Coordinate offboarding of outgoing doctor-partners, ensuring all operational and administrative steps are completed.
- Support practice rebrands, ensuring operational and communication updates are accurate and completed across all systems.
- Oversee Corus’s insurance programs, including property & liability, workers’ compensation, D&O, and cybersecurity—submit claims, liaise with brokers, and manage annual required communications.
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives aimed at improving workflows, standardizing processes, and strengthening the practice experience across the network.
- Assess and implement operational improvements, identifying gaps and creating scalable, well-documented processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including maintaining accurate x-ray registrations with the appropriate authorities.
- Support Business & Corporate Development by participating in diligence for prospective practices, reviewing insurance needs, and advising on integration planning.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams and practice-level staff to enable open communication and consistent, aligned execution.
- Leverage technology to manage and track work effectively, including expert use of tools like Asana for project management and maintaining our internal CRM to ensure accurate, timely updates during acquisitions, transitions, and partner changes.
- Manage offboarding for practices exiting the network, ensuring timely removal from systems, aligned communication, and smooth operational transitions.
All About You:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in an operational, project, program or process
management role.
- 3+ years of experience in an orthodontic, dental or similar practice is an asset.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
- Experience using technology and project management tools (e.g., Asana, CRMs) to create visibility, drive accountability, and manage complex workflows.
- Experience in healthcare, professional services, or multi-location environments is an asset.
- PMP designation is an asset (or equivalent project management certification).
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
