About the Role We are currently seeking a Temporary Part-Time Chiropractic Health Assistant (Check-In / Back Office) to support our team during a busy period. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, energetic, and loves working with people in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Mandatory availability is required on: Fridays Saturdays Mondays Additional shifts may be available based on clinic needs.
As the Check-In Chiropractic Assistant (CICA), you will be the first impression of our office and play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and organized environment for every patient. You will ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process while supporting the team in maintaining strong systems and exceptional patient flow throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities Daily Flow & Leadership Prepare and lead the daily huddle Maintain the energy and organization of the office Patient Experience Greet and check in patients warmly and efficiently Notify doctors of arrivals for special visits Scheduling & Compliance Monitor no-shows and follow up appropriately Support patient compliance through proper scheduling systems Administrative Support Manage missed appointment entries Assist with phone calls and support office promotions as needed
What We’re Looking For A positive, professional, and welcoming demeanor, someone who genuinely loves working with people Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfort with scheduling software and basic administrative systems (training provided) A team player who is coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow Previous experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting is an asset, but not required we are happy to train the right person
