About the role
We are seeking a PreFAL Supplier Manager – Aerospace to manage supplier and service provider relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and alignment with Airbus production and customer support requirements. This role requires strong logistics, industrial engineering, and supplier management expertise, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, monitoring supplier performance, supporting negotiations, and ensuring seamless production and service activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier and service provider relationships in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance and initiate corrective or improvement actions as needed.
- Define and implement supplier support and service policies aligned with Airbus strategy.
- Support Airbus negotiations with suppliers to ensure customer support requirements are integrated.
- Act as the central point of production activities, including planning and work monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Logistics & Procurement, Methods, Plant Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality).
- Contribute to improvement projects, including Airbus Operating System, 5S, lean manufacturing, cost reduction, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Facilitate resolution of in-service issues encountered by customers with suppliers.
Technical Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or operations/logistics management, or equivalent diploma with relevant experience.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or production planning.
- Industry experience in aerospace or automotive (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Files).
- Experience with SAP (an asset).

- Ability to work in bilingual (English/French) environments.
- Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.37/hour - $58.39/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
