A little about the role:

The Regional Training Development Strategist is a highly client-facing, relationship-driven role that grows regional partnerships while attaining and delivering custom workplace training from discovery through evaluation, consistently moving opportunities to clear agreements and scheduled delivery. This position reaches out to employers and community partners to develop training opportunities, pulls internal teams together to get programs delivered, and finds and supports the instructors/contractors needed to run the training. The Strategist prepares proposals, budgets, and MOUs/contracts, monitors financial performance, prepares required reports, and uses feedback and data to strengthen program quality and impact.

Success in this role requires strong project and stakeholder management across multiple training initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and internal handoffs stay on track. The Strategist must be comfortable with outbound prospecting and negotiating terms, consistently advancing opportunities from first contact to signed agreement and scheduled delivery, and using digital tools to manage client communication, scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
